HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33707 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not conducting survey and sub division of the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.10.14 gts., situated in Survey No.6 of Jilled Village, Jilled Chowdergudem Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as per application dated 16.05.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has made an application on 16.05.2018 for conducting survey and sub division in respect of the above mentioned land, no orders have been passed on his application as on today.

It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that if the application of the petitioner is in accordance with the law, orders will be passed by the respondents. 4.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the respondents to deal with the application of the petitioner dated 16.05.2018 for conducting survey and sub division, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, taking into
consideration the relevant circulars issued from time to time, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
