Learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent to institution of O.A.No.1589 of 2013 which is transferred to this Court, the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, passed orders on 11.08.2014, re-designating the petitioner as Assistant Executive Engineer and submits that that no further orders are required in this writ petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition (Tr) is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition (TR) shall stand closed.
