ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in seizing the stocks of HSD and MS in the underground tanks of the petitioner outlet and put up seals to those tanks pursuant to the Mediators Report Dt.10.01.2012 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to shift the seized stock from the underground tanks to another place so as to enable the petitioner to carry on its regular business." At the hearing, it is represented by Ms.J.K.Anitha, learned counsel, representing Sri B.Devanand, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dated 23.01.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.1602 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
