THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6227 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in harassing and calling the petitioner to the police station at the instance of the Ruling Party leaders and interfering in personal life of the petitioner.

After filing the writ petition, when notice before admission was ordered, a counter affidavit is filed. In the meanwhile on 20.03.2017 when the case was listed, when there was an allegation of harassment of the petitioner, the petitioner was given liberty to submit a representation to the second respondent and today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a representation was submitted to the second respondent on 25.03.2017. Though the fourth respondent has filed the counter affidavit denying the allegations, in view of the serious submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to go through the record, call the petitioner and conduct an enquiry in respect of the action of the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. It is needless to observe that the petitioner shall not be harassed in the process of investigation of the crime registered against the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 20.04.2017 pln
