Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to

4. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not providing electrical service connection/meter to the petitioner bearing plot No.167, admeasuring 500 Square Yards or 418 Square Meters, in Survey No.1007, situated at the Bhagyanagar Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Kukatpally Village and Mandal (Previously Balanagar Mandal), under GHMC Kukatpally Circle, MedchalMalkajgiri District. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner has submitted an application to the respondents along with the necessary documents for providing election connection to the subject land, the respondents are refusing to receive the same. The learned Counsel has also stated that in similar cases, this Court has passed the orders in W.P.No.18561 of 2020 and W.P.No.4005 of 2021 4.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner files an application afresh, the same would be processed and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application afresh for providing electricity service connection to the subject property, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the respondents shall receive and process the same and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
