ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties. Sri M.Venkatramana, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the prayer made in the writ petition and submits that petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the concerned respondent to decide the showcause notice dated 02.04.2015 (annexure Ex.P1) within the time frame.

2. Sri Venkat Raghu Ramulu, learned Government Pleader for Transport (TG), submits that respondent No.4 - Deputy Transport Commissioner shall decide the show-cause notice after considering the reply of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today. His statement is recorded and accepted.

3. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to mention that petitioner shall co-operate for disposal of the show-cause notice within the time frame. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before the concerned respondent on or before 24.06.2016.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. No costs.
