This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to call for the records relating to Eprocurement No.CGM/P&MM&IPC/Civil/No.4/2014-15, dated 20.5.2014 for Construction of Division Office, ERO-Town & Rurals Sub Division Office and Conference Hall at Ongole, and pass appropriate orders. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that fourth respondent handed over the site to the petitioner for the purpose of construction of Division Office. In view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
