P. Panchayat Raj Act 1 994 in Petitioners plot over an extent of 421.94 square yards in Sy.No.384/E situated at Pebbair Gram Panchayat and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District as totally illegal, without jurisdiction and consequently set aside the same by further directing the Respondents not to interfere with the Petitioners construction of house in accordance with the sanctioned plan as per the construction permission dated 30.12.2006 validated from time to time in accordance with provisions of the Act.
