THE HON'BLE JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32207 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the GHMC will issue a show cause notice afresh and it is open for the petitioner herein to submit explanation for the same giving all the details.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the GHMC to issue show cause notice afresh indicating the alleged infirmities within a period of two weeks and, if any such notice is issued, it is open for the petitioner to submit explanation and to file all the documents in support thereof within a period of two weeks thereafter and, after submission of the explanation within the time stipulated, the GHMC shall pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks thereafter after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
