When the matter is taken up, on instructions, the learned Government Pleader (Home) submits that on the basis of the complaints dated 29-08-2018 and 30-08-2018 lodged by the petitioner, the police have registered Crime No.196 of 2018 dated 19-09-2018.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
