This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. questioning the order dated 27.04.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.24 of 2018 in Crl.R.P.No.19 of 2017 by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Adoni granting stay of enforcement of the order passed in M.C.No.6 of 2015, filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C, subject to payment of maintenance @ Rs.2,500/- per month till the disposal of Crl.R.P.No.19 of The main contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner cannot survive with the meager amount of Rs.2,500/-, in view of the stay granted by the Sessions Court.

Without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Adoni to dispose of Crl.R.P.No.19 of 2017 within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
