Heard learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that in pursuance to the interim order dt.24.09.2018 passed by this Court, the respondents have considered the objections of the petitioner and passed order; and that the said order is being challenged in WP.No.12619/2019, and as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
