This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.34442 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023, whereunder this Court while disposing of the writ petition, directed the respondent Nos.4 to 6 to consider the representations dated 24.1.203 and 3.7.2023 submitted by the petitioner duly taking into consideration the local ST-Agency Area certificate of the petitioner dated 5.1 1.2022.

Today, when the contempt case is taken up for hedring, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents submits that the orders of this Court dated 21 .12.2023 passed in W.P.No.34442 of 2023 has been complied with vide proceedings Rc.No.E/166012025 dated 16.1.2025, which is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the above, the contempt case is closed. However, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 16.1.2025, if she is still aggrieved.
