THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33820 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is despite making a representation, as long back as on 25.06.2018, the respondent-Forest officials are not taking any action in the direction of granting permission to cut and carry the teak trees from the patta land of the petitioner herein. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader submits that the competent authority is the District Collector. While saying so, it is also submitted by the learned Government Pleader that necessary instructions would be issued to the District Forest Officer to forward the representation of the petitioner to the District Collector for necessary action.

The same is recorded. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
