HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.2483 of 2016 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 29.06.2015 passed in O.A.No.832 of 2015 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, whereby the respondents were directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with the rules and circulars in force within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Thereafter, vide proceedings dated 24.08.2015, respondents rejected the representation of the petitioner by recording that petitioner is not entitled for compassionate allowance.
Instead of challenging the aforesaid proceedings dated 24.08.2015, petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 29.06.2015 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.832 of 2015. In that view of the matter, the present petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 29.06.2015 if he is so advised, before the appropriate forum.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the appeal, stand closed. No order as to costs.
