THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.2187 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 22.09.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.40171 of 2016 in W.P.No.32471 of 2016.

By the above said order, this Court has restrained the respondents from demolishing any portion of petitioner's property until further orders and has also directed them not to interfere with the electricity, drainage and water connection provided to the petitioner's property.

On 13.10.2017, this Court directed the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to submit a report. In compliance of the orders of this Court, after conducting an enquiry the first Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderbad, has filed a report. A careful examination of the said report discloses that the respondents have not proceeded with the construction activity in the petitioner's property or removed any electricity connection. As such there is no willful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the respondents.

In these circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
