Heard Sri P.Venkateshwer Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for

the respondents-Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (the Corporation, for short).

2. The petitioner's father was working as a Mechanic in the respondents-Corporation and he died in harness while in service on 30-4-2009. Thereafter, the mother of the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents-Corporation on 19-02-2013. According to the petitioner, as per the Circulars issued by the respondents-Corporation as well as the G.Os issued by the Government, he is entitled for compassionate appointment.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents-Corporation to consider the representation dated 19-022013 submitted by the petitioner's mother whereunder she sought compassionate appointment to the petitioner, within a period of 2 (two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
