ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 04.02.2008 issued by the second respondent, the proceedings dated
30.06.2008 issued by the First respondent and the proceedings dated 14.06.2010 issued by the Second respondent as wholly arbitrary, illegal and they are reflective of mala fide exercise of power on the part of the Second respondent and to consequently direct the third respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for any assignment in future for which the petitioner is entitled in mindful of the impugned proceedings."
At the hearing, Sri V.Krishna Murhty, the learned counsel representing Sri S.Sharath Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.24505 of 2010 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
