HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1111 of 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.15887 of 2016, dated 02-06-2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that order dated 27-02-2017 was passed rejecting the application of the petitioner and says that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed with liberty to challenge the order dated 27-02-2017. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
