THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10795 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A4 and A5 in PRC No.30 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Parigi, for the offences punishable under Section 323 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners/A4 and A5 has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of petition under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
