HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 3 7 7 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that a case in Cr.No.729 of 2018 has been registered by the Police on 28.11.2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 376, 448 and 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C., on the file of Penamaluru Police Station, Vijayawada City. In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and accordingly the same is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
