This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 24.08.2017 in I.A.No.531 of 2017 in O.S.No.53 of 2009 on the file of XII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

Mr.M.Srinivas Rao, representing Mr.K.Sarvabhouma Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the main case pending which, this civil revision petition is filed against the interlocutory order, has been disposed of during the pendency of this revision petition, the cause in this civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submissions, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
