Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the order passed by the respondents dated 26.07.2016. A letter, dated 09.08.2016, is also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is accorded, and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
