THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.16617 AND 16593 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport that the lis in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.596 of 2014 dated 09.01.2014 and W.P.No.2426 of 2014 dated 31.01.2014. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders dated 09.01.2014 and 31.01.2014, the respondents are directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in terms of the above judgments, within a period of three days and take necessary action. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
