Heard Mr.T.Prasanna Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner being aggrieved by mutation of name of 5th respondent in Adangal for Sy.No.646/ b to an extent of Ac.0-79 cents at Alur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District, filed representation dated 10.04.2017 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoni Division, Kurnool District-3rd respondent and the same is not considered and disposed of.

Mr.Prasanna Kumar submits that the petitioner is satisfied if representation filed against entering the name of 5th respondent in Adangal is examined and disposed of in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of as follows :- a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 10.04.2017 to 3rd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. b) The 3rd respondent is directed to consider representation dated 10.04.2017, give opportunity

to 5th respondent, if necessary, call for report and pass orders within two months thereafter.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
