Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education.

Petitioner was appointed as School Assistant. In the transfer counseling exercise, he was transferred to Zilla Parishad High School (Girls), Kohir Mandal, Medak District. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner preferred appeal on 16.07.2018. According to petitioner, her husband is working as Head Master at Z.P.H.S. Nehrunagar, Qutubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and she should have been posted at the same place or to a nearer place of her working of her husband.

Since the appeal preferred by the petitioner is stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad, to consider the appeal, dated 16.07.2018, preferred by the petitioner, a copy of which is marked to the D.S.E., Grievance Cell, addressed to the Regional Joint Director and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
