HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.2518 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, is filed by the petitioner to issue notice to the respondent and punish him for willfully and deliberately flouting order, dated 25.10.2016, passed by this Court in WP No.36055 of 2016. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in obedience to the order, dated 25.10.2016, passed by this Court in WP No.36055 of 2016, the petitioner filed a petition in CFR No.705 of 2017 before the Special Mobile Magistrate, Guntur, and therefore, he requested to close the CC. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J February 10, 2017.
