Petitioner alleges that in the transfer counselling exercise, one of the places opted by him is the school located in Rampur. However, instead of posting the petitioner to Z.P.H.S. Rampur, he was posted to Z.P.H.S. Jupaka in Huzurabad Mandal. It appears, the person, who was transferred to Rampur, contested the transfer and on 03.08.2018 modified transfer order was issued in her favour. Having come to know that the vacancy is available, which was the first option of petitioner, petitioner filed appeal on 20.08.2018. Alleging inaction on the said appeal, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Since the petitioner preferred appeal and the same is stated to be pending with the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Hyderabad, the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the appeal, dated 20.08.2018, preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, if the same is received by him, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
