Petitioners contend that they made a representation on 29.01.2016 to the respondents 2 and 4 with regard to inclusion of names of 233 Mussallis in the voters list, which is prepared relying on G.O.Ms.No.74, Minorities Welfare (Wakf.III) dt.20.11.2010, so that these persons can participate in the elections of the Managing Committee of Masjid-E-Akbari situated in NRR Puram Colony, Borabanda, Hyderabad.

2. The Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, Sri M.A.Mujeeb, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
