HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1429 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. Having regard to the prima facie accusation made in the F.I.R and the investigation is on the way, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, the police of Moinabad Police Station, Cyberabad, Rangareddy District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
