This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.104 of 2017 of Abdullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 18.03.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject crime was compromised before the Lok Adalat on 09.12.2017 at the investigation stage.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
