The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are demarcating her property bearing D.No.10-85 (Old No.10-89), 10-85/1, 10-85/2 situated in Amaravathi Guntur Main Raod, Amaravathi Town, Guntur District without issuing any notice and are trying to evict the petitioner without following due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents 5 and 7 submits that they would follow due process of law before evicting the petitioner.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 5 and 7 not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
