Mr. S.V. Ramana, learned for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. He has also addressed a letter daled 26.12.2022 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect. The said letter is placed on record. Granting liberty, as sought, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
