Though learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has objected to the prayer and sought for time to file objection, on going through the materials on record and the order which we propose to pass in the related appeal, we are inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 25 days in filing the related appeal is condoned.
