THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.23819 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 06.06.2016 made by the petitioner for carrying out necessary corrections in the residential address and Date of Birth as 06-07-1980 instead of 02-04-1972 in his passport bearing No.N5988873.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents on advance notice has assured this Court on instruction that the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner may be considered and necessary corrections may be made as per law and procedure within a specific time frame.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the respondents, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2016 and necessary corrections shall be made as per law and procedure within two

(02) weeks from today.

In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
