Sri A. Chandra Shaker, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed a letter, dated 21.06.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the present Criminal Petition.

2. In view of the letter submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners, permission is accorded and the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
