Heard Sri Dr. K. lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L. Venkateshwara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any action is warranted for eviction of the petitioners herein, necessary steps will be followed strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above said submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
