HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Writ Petition No.32275 of 2016 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging a demand made under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). Admittedly, the petitioners have filed their objections to the notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act. The petitioners have already received an order under Section 13(3A) of the SARFAESI Act. Therefore, they will have to await further steps under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act before they can approach this Court or the appropriate Forum. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as pre-matured. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
