Heard Mr. Ram Mohan Choudary Kothapalli for petitioner, the Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Mr.Seshadri for 4th respondent Gram Panchayat.

The petitioner complains against digging bore well in Survey No.50-3A and 3B in Kolimipalyam Village, Kundirpi Mandal, Ananthapur District.

The 2nd respondent files counter affidavit and denies all the material allegations in the affidavit. The gist of counter affidavit is that the 2nd respondent is not digging bore well in petitioner's land or there has been a plan to that effect. Further, it is stated that there is no need to seize the bore well since the bore well was not dug in the petitioner's land. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is closed.
