HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34736 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner being one of the applicants in O.A.No.5281 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, seeks implementation of the order dated 13.7.2012 passed therein.
On the last occasion, this Court was informed by the learned Government Pleader for Services, Andhra Pradesh, that the rest of the applicants in O.A.No.5281 of 2012 filed Writ Petition No.14116 of 2018 before this Court seeking implementation of the very same order dated 13.7.2012 and by order dated 16.8.2018 this Court allowed the said Writ Petition directing the authorities to give effect to and implement the order dated 13.7.2012 passed in O.A.No.5281 of 2012 expeditiously and in any event, no later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Learned Government Pleader further stated that, aggrieved by the aforestated order passed in Writ Petition No.14116 of 2018, the authorities approached the Supreme Court by way of Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.31271 of 2018.
The matter was accordingly adjourned to 17.12.2018 to enable the learned Government Pleader to ascertain the result in the case pending before the Supreme Court. Today, the learned Government Pleader produced a copy of the order dated 10.12.2018 passed by the Supreme Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.31271 of 2018, whereby the Supreme Court opined that it
SK, J & MGR, J WP.No.34736 of 2018 Dated:17.12.2018 saw no reason to entertain the same and accordingly dismissed it. Learned Government Pleader would state that in the light of the aforestated order passed by the Supreme Court, further time may be given to implement the order in O.A.No.5281 of 2012. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondent authorities to give effect to and implement the order dated 13.7.2012 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.5281 of 2012 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
