THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18445 of 2014 ORDER:

Mr. Ch. Janardhan Reddy, appearing for petitioners, having regard to the fact that the sixth respondent has availed statutory remedies against steps/action initiated by the department, by filing appeal etc., obtained stay thereunder, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take all steps including the requirement to get impleaded in the proceedings initiated by the sixth respondent. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the leave as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
