HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6739 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-complainant seeking to cancel the bail granted to the 2nd respondent by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kovvuru, West Godavari District vide order dated 25.11.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.1558 of 2014.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner could not substantiate the grounds on which the bail can be cancelled. This Court feels that there are no grounds to interfere with the order of bail granted by the Court below. At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that after grant of bail, the 2nd respondent is interfering with the affairs of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed not to enter into the village, where the petitioner is living, until further orders.
