HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.30279 of 2015 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition since students are not admitted for the M.B.A. course for the academic year 2015-16. He, however, seeks liberty to the petitioners to apply afresh for approval/recognition to the A.I.C.T.E., and affiliation to the University, and seeks direction to both, to consider their application for the academic year 2016-17, independently, on merits, in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the decision taken for the academic year 2015-16. The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioners to apply afresh, as aforementioned, to the A.I.C.T.E. and the University, and if any such applications are made, the same may be considered on merits, in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the impugned orders for the academic year 2015-16.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
