When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy that if any action is necessary or warranted in respect of the subject building, the respondent authorities will issue notice and proceed in accordance with law.
