HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33762 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not receiving and registering the documents of the petitioners in respect of Door No.13-6439/C/16/1/1 of Plot Nos.1 and 2 in Survey No.135/1, 2 and 3 of Satyanarayana nagar, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that when the petitioners have not presented the documents for registration, question of Sub-Registrar receiving and refusing the same would not arise.

4) Having regard to the above, the petitioners herein shall present the documents for registration and if the documents submitted by the petitioners are in accordance with the provisions of Indian Stamps Act and Indian Registration Act, the Sub-Registrar shall deal with the same, in accordance with law. For any reason, if the Sub-Registrar is not

intending to register the document, he shall record reasons and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioners. 5) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
