Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioners dated 19.02.2018 for conducing the survey and fixing boundaries to the subject properties, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader and counsel for implead respondent No.7.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey of the subject properties and demarcate the boundaries, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notices to the petitioners, respondent No.7 and also to the effected parties, if any. There shall be no order as to costs.
