Subject to the petitioner paying the amount demanded by the respondents under the impugned provisional order dated 13.6.2014, the power supply of the petitioner shall be restored. However, this payment shall be subject to the final assessment to be made by the respondents and is to be considered without prejudice to the petitioner's rights to dispute the same.

The final assessment shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
