THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5435 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.09.2016 passed in I.A.No.582 of 2016 in O.S.No.1080 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to urge about paragraph No.3 of the affidavit before the trial Court at appropriate stage. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
