This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the proceeding in Rc.No.C2-1711/2014, dated 17-01-2015, of respondent No.2, whereunder technical sanction was granted in favour of respondent No.4- Company, as illegal, arbitrary and

contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 and G.O.Ms.No.168, dated 07-04-2012.

Mr.Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 30-112015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court; that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition; and that, therefore, the Writ Petition be listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
