This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 22.4.2016 passed in I.A. No.36 of 2016 in O.S. No.493 of 2004 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal. 2.

No representation on behalf of both the parties. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.493 of 2004 on 25.11.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
